> research 3: synthetic landscapes
As part of the ‘now what?’ initiative in 2009 this workshop investigated methods of mapping and modes of representation, examining and questioning typical landscape representations. Working over 8 weeks the group mapped and represented 2 sites in 9 different ways producing a series of 18 new ‘maps’ of the areas investigated.
