domestic renovation & extension 130m2

This project involved a full refurbishment of an Edwardian terraced house - updating services, reconfiguring the layout, attic conversion - and new extension to rear. The main house is treated sensitively, in keeping with the period of the house, while the extension is treated in a more contemporary manner. The extension provides a new kitchen and living space that is light filled, benefiting from the existing high ceilings, the rooflight and a zinc clad, 'butterfly' roof. The rear patio is newly landscaped and opened up through double sliding doors to the rear.
